Rugiet Health is an Austin, TX-based growth-stage company aimed at disrupting the US Healthcare market by democratizing access to best-in-class compounded medications delivered through a bespoke/luxury online marketplace. Rugiet is operated by a small but passionate management team with deep industry experience in Clinical, Marketing, and Technology verticals. 

Position Overview:

As an Email Marketer at Rugiet, you will be at the forefront of our communication strategy, driving customer engagement through targeted email campaigns. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create personalized, data-driven email content that nurtures customer relationships, drives conversions, and supports the growth of our brand. If you're a creative, analytical, and results-oriented email marketer with a passion for healthcare and telehealth, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Email Strategy & Campaigns: 
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals, objectives, and customer needs. 
    • Create automated email flows for customer engagement, retention, and re-engagement. 
    • Design and segment email lists to ensure targeted and relevant messaging. 
  • Content Creation: 
    • Craft compelling and effective email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls to action that resonate with our audience. 
    • Collaborate with design and product teams to develop visually appealing and effective email templates. 
  • Email Performance Analysis: 
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 
    • Leverage A/B testing and other methods to optimize campaigns for better performance. 
  • Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing: 
    • Work on lifecycle email strategies to move prospects through the customer funnel from awareness to purchase and beyond. 
    • Develop email workflows for onboarding, post-purchase, re-engagement, and upselling. 
  • Collab oration & Coordination: 
    • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure email campaigns align with brand messaging and overall marketing strategies. 
    • Work with the data team to analyze customer behavior and provide insights that will improve email campaign effectiveness. 
    • Collaborate with Copywriters and our creative team to make sure our email campaigns are following our brand voice and guidelines. 
    • Work with dev team to ensure all events are triggered correctly to meet marketing needs. 
  • Email List Management: 
    • Ensure email lists are clean, segmented, and updated regularly to optimize targeting and deliverability. 
    • Maintain a high level of data integrity and follow best practices for email marketing. 
  • Compliance & Best Practices: 
    • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). 
    • Stay up to date on email marketing trends and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective. 
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 
    • Design and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly email campaigns based on business needs. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content, insights, and resources for email campaigns. 
    • Analyze the performance of each email sent and adjust strategies accordingly. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends and email marketing tools to improve campaign effectiveness. 
    • Participate in team meetings to align overall marketing objectives and strategies. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. 
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) and CRM systems. 
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and segmentation strategies. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and optimization. 
  • Ability to write and review compelling email copy that drives action and resonates with target audiences. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth-related marketing. 
  • Experience with automation and lifecycle email marketing. 
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization. 
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. 
  • Experience in Figma 
  • Experience in ClickUp
