Job Description

Experience:

• At least 6 months of experience as an Assistant Electronic Assembler or 2 years of related experience.

Skills:

• Ability to read and understand product documentation in English.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Capable of working in all areas of electronic production.
• If working in coating, must be able to wear a respirator for extended periods.

Duties:

• Tasks may include masking, unmasking, coating circuit boards, cutting, stripping, tinning wires, preparing subassemblies, and basic soldering.
• Use of basic hand tools, small air/electric tools, and presses.
• May assist with operating production machines like the wave solder or SMT machine.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• IPC and J-standard certification is a plus.
