We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team at CorDx. This role will be pivotal in coordinating our supply chain operations, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling both Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) channels, and will play a critical role in driving our e-commerce growth. Proficiency in SPS Commerce, Magento, or similar back-end systems is essential. The ability to speak some Chinese is preferred but flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand forecasts while minimizing excess stock and reducing holding costs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Amazon Channel Management: Leverage expertise in Amazon 1P and 3P channels to optimize listings, manage vendor relationships, and improve sales performance.
  • Data Analysis and Market Research: Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Conduct market research to support supplier-related decisions and suggest potential new products.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • System Management: Utilize SPS Commerce, Magento, and similar back-end systems to manage supply chain operations.
  •   Supplier Selection/White-label Experience: Engage in supplier selection and manage white-label projects to expand our product offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role within an e-commerce environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) channels.
  • Proficiency in SPS Commerce, Magento, or similar back-end systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in market research and using data to make supplier-related decisions.
  • Supplier selection and white-label experience is STRONGLY preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in healthcare supply chain management and supplier selection experience is strongly preferred.
