Director of Sales and Business Development Location Remote :

CEO Warrior is a dynamic, fast-growing company established over 8 years ago. We pride ourselves on serving the trades and services business community, assisting them in developing sustainable operations that empower them to achieve their financial and personal aspirations.

Job Purpose:

The Director of Sales will build and lead a dynamic new sales team for the organization. They will take charge of the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring their growth and skill development. They will also have direct sales accountability. This role is pivotal in expanding the sales team to align with the company's growth objectives. As this team expands, the director's compensation will shift from an SIP to our executive bonus plan.

Job Duties:

  • Year-over-year EBITDA and client acquisition growth.
  • Achieve personal sales acquisition targets.
  • Oversee daily operations of the outside and inside sales department, establishing quotas and targets and ensuring those objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics, reporting results to senior management, and proposing improvements.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members, promoting their professional growth.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales goals and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and new business development.
  • Collaborate daily with marketing teams on sales promotions, campaigns, and sales enablement and maintain strategic alignment and ensure brand consistency.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrable sales process and operations proficiency
  • Proficiency in sales strategy and tactics.
  • Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on team building and mentorship.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Education:

  • High School degree or equivalent, Business degree preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years successful sales management of both an inside and outside sales team.
  • At least 5 years direct outside sales experience as an individual contributor.

Preferred experience:

Experience in selling into B2B and B2C trades businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), though this is not a strict requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
