As the Director of Talent Density, you will report to the VP of Human Resources and lead the development and execution of innovative recruiting strategies. Your goal will be to attract and retain exceptional talent while nurturing the next generation of company leadership.
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers, equipping them with the skills needed for effective recruiting—from sourcing to placement. You will cultivate a diverse talent pool through networking, job postings, and strategic partnerships, continuously improving our recruitment initiatives and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion a culture focused on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Create and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for key roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to generate talent through their networks and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a professional presence across all platforms, representing our values and mission.
Work with leadership to define successful team member profiles, aligning recruiting strategies accordingly.
Partner with Learning & Development to design ongoing training programs for hiring managers.
Regularly present recruiting strategies and metrics to executive leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Foster relationships with community leaders and HR professionals to enhance strategic recruiting efforts.
Innovate talent acquisition processes and implement tools that streamline recruiting and enhance the candidate experience.
Collaborate with Marketing to create an engaging careers website that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
7+ years of experience in recruiting and retention program design and implementation.
4+ years of experience supporting managers in making effective hiring decisions.
Proven success in complex, multi-site organizations; international experience preferred.
Strong expertise in healthcare recruiting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
