How you Will make a Difference:

The Director of Functional Health role is to promote partnerships between rehab and life enrichment stakeholders, community resources, and facility leaders to promote resident well-being and quality of life.

• Provide necessary clinical orientation to RSMs through in-person and remote technical means
• Facilitate cross functional teams to assist with regional and/or other special events as well as other innovate ideas to improve programming
• Partner closely with Regional/Operations team to develop support and innovate solutions to help QOL Directors overcome obstacles.

What you Need to make a Difference:

• Graduation from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology with their Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required
• Minimum of ten years related experience; management/supervisory experience required.
• Multisite experience

Additional Details:

Now hiring for Director of Functional Health. Must be a licensed OT or SLP with multi-site experience. This position will require extensive travel and would be responsible for approximately 14-18 facilities with in a specific region in the Signature HealthCARE footprint. Would prefer candidates to be located in Eastern Tennessee.
