Job Title: Director of Digital Marketing & CRM

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Digital Marketing & CRM to lead our efforts in enhancing our online presence and customer relationships. This role will oversee all aspects of digital marketing and customer relationship management, including SEM, SEO, paid and organic social media, email, direct mail, website content/user experience, and customer data management. You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Brand & Field Marketing, IT, Operations, and external agencies to drive strategic initiatives and innovative campaigns that engage both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Director of Digital Marketing & CRM, you will:

Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's goals. Lead initiatives across search, social media, email marketing, direct mail, and web content to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Budget Management: Recommend and manage the annual digital marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use data analytics to track KPIs, including calls, appointments, revenue, new customer acquisition, and sales metrics, to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
Agency and Team Leadership: Oversee and collaborate with external agency partners to ensure digital marketing and CRM projects meet objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Brand & Local Marketing, IT, Call Center, Operations, and Service Center teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital marketing and CRM initiatives.
Compliance and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations regarding marketing and customer data privacy. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to keep our digital marketing capabilities at the forefront.

Specific Focus Areas:

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Drive efficient SEM campaigns and identify opportunities to improve SEO performance. Develop content strategies that enhance visibility and rankings in key search results.
Social Media and Web Presence: Manage and optimize the brand's social media profiles across platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Improve content quality, user experience, engagement, and conversion rates on the company's websites and social media channels.
Digital Media: Lead paid digital media strategies, including programmatic ads and video pre-rolls, in partnership with internal teams and agencies.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Identify and implement a CRM platform that integrates with existing business management systems. Develop CRM marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and oversee customer data management to increase customer loyalty and engagement.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
10-12 years of experience in leading digital marketing and CRM for large, multi-location consumer service companies.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO tools (Moz, SEMRush), social media management (Meta Business Suite), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing both direct reports and external agencies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and performance analytics.
Experience in the automotive parts & service industry is a plus, but not required.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English is required. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position with occasional travel required (10-20%). The role will typically involve working in an office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment.
