Working Hours and Location:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3 PM Mountain Time
  • In-person at a private office within a co-working space in Boulder, CO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to own and elevate the digital presence of GVC Real Estate across social media, email marketing, and web platforms. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and performance analysis , with direct accountability for setting, measuring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire GVC brand.

You will work closely with our videographer , graphic design team , and leadership to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation. This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring creativity, initiative, and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs for social media, email marketing, SEO, website traffic, and lead generation
  • Develop insights and recommendations from performance data
  • Present monthly performance reports to the Director of Marketing and company leadership

Social Media Management

  • Own the strategic direction and day-to-day management of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business
  • Plan, schedule, and post content according to a proactive, organized social media calendar
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and hashtags
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages, and drive audience growth
  • Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for property listings, market reports, event promotions, and company announcements
  • Segment email lists for targeted outreach
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, engagement)

Content Strategy & Coordination

  • Partner with our videographer on shoot planning and content execution for property tours and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with our graphic design team to develop cohesive marketing assets
  • Ensure balanced content distribution across multiple markets and platforms

Listing & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales team to produce and organize listing assets for digital promotion
  • Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and optimized for performance

Agent Account Support

  • Provide strategic guidance to agents on social media branding and engagement
  • Track agent account performance and suggest improvements

Geofarming & Local Marketing

  • Assist in planning localized marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, community outreach)
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives

Podcast Support (as needed)

  • Support podcast production by coordinating scheduling, script development, and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with the videographer and design team to distribute episodes across platforms and create supporting email campaigns

Qualifications:Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a proven, shareable track record of success

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media strategy, email marketing, and content management

Analytical & Strategic Skills

  • Proven success in setting, tracking, and reporting on digital marketing KPIs
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies

General Skills

  • Professional, detail-oriented, and collaborative communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities and the ability to self-direct and prioritize work
  • Creative, innovative thinker with a data-driven approach

Technical Skills

  • Social Media: Proven success managing multi-platform accounts and growing engagement
  • Email Marketing: Experience with platforms like Mailerlite , with strong copywriting and design sensibilities
  • Automation & Operations: Familiarity with Jotform , Zapier , Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • SEO & Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics , Ahrefs , and intermediate-level Google Sheets (formulas, validations)
  • Article Creation: Ability to research and write high-quality, SEO-optimized articles

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in real estate marketing
  • Knowledge of email deliverability strategies
  • Familiarity with Framer (for website updates)
