YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s. You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.  

CARTIER DATA SOLUTIONS INTERN

As the Summer Intern on the Data Solutions team, you will support the business delivery of data led projects and daily activities. You will have the opportunity to understand the operational impact of data products within the organization while improving the current capabilities. This position will begin on June 2nd and end on August 8th

  • Responsible for the daily execution of data pipelines and processes within a specific scope, ensuring that data is processed, delivered on time and that issues are resolved proactively (monitoring, investigating, resolving and communicating).
  • Provide basic, first line of support to end users on few specific existing data products by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on how to use the products effectively.
  • Assist with the development of data education materials if needed.
  • Audit selected data pipelines, develop relevant and targeted action plans, and implement them to improve efficiency and cost.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement on specific data products.
  • Support data projects on data preparation and front-end build.
  • Assist in the data product design phase in collaboration with business teams.
  • Contribute to new approaches and methods that will lead to innovative reporting and data products.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Tech savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with SQL (mandatory), LookML and versionning (Git). Dbt and Python a plus.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker preferred).
  • Ability to understand and work with complex and diverse data sets.
  • Excellent, proven analytical skills and written and verbal communication are required.
  • Applies proactive approach, is adaptable and a results-oriented thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of the Summer Internship Program.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships.
  • Must be age 18 or older.
