Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in translating complex datasets into strategic insights and business actions.
• Identify and communicate compelling business narratives through data analysis, presenting findings to executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop, test, and refine heuristics to enhance analytical models.
• Conduct data exploration, mining, and predictive modeling to uncover valuable business opportunities.
• Design and implement business intelligence dashboards, visualizations, and advanced analytics reports that provide meaningful recommendations.
• Ensure that insights and recommendations are practical, data-driven, and have a tangible impact on business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, OR an MBA.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Certification: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) from INFORMS.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and data science methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming and coding for data analytics.
  • Experience in data mining, natural language processing, and machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply them to business challenges.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Deep understanding of statistical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data mining across multiple disciplines.
• Strong exploratory data analysis skills to uncover patterns and insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical analytics and business decision-making.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
