We're looking for two dedicated Data Entry Specialists to join a healthcare organization on a 6-8 week contract. This role is fully remote and perfect for those with a strong eye for detail and a passion for accuracy and confidentiality. If you're skilled in data entry, have a knack for understanding medical terminology, and are a self-starter, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by:

Carefully reviewing and processing a large volume of medical evaluations
Entering accurate information into the existing database system
Collaborating with internal team members when needed
Upholding strict confidentiality standards for all sensitive information
Deciphering and understanding medical terminology in evaluation documents
Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all data entry tasks
Utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Dynamics for daily tasks

Preferred Skills & Experience:
While not required, experience in reading and interpreting medical terminology or shorthand is highly valued for this position.

Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Exceptional typing skills
Well-organized with a proven ability to manage files and maintain a structured filing system
Excellent customer service skills and clear, professional email correspondence
Prior experience in an educational or healthcare setting is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Position Details:
Location: Remote
Start Date: Monday, November 4th
Duration: 6-8 week contract
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
