We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our Audit Analytics team at [Company Name]. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and curate data for blogs, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and coherence in the information conveyed.
- Clean data by meticulously reviewing datasets to identify and rectify missing, duplicate, or inaccurate data points.
- Conduct thorough analyses of accounting and audit quality trends, documenting significant events and findings.
- Generate innovative ideas for impactful research reports that contribute to the field of audit analytics.
- Collaborate with the team in research, writing, and publication of reports and articles.
- Provide technical insights to support sales and product teams, enhancing their understanding of data implications.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client and press inquiries, providing valuable information as needed.

Skills and Experience:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables and charts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field is preferred.
- A general understanding of accounting, finance, and capital markets, with a keen interest in the intersection of data and finance.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- A self-directed work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A creative mindset, initiative, and a team-oriented attitude to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with common statistical techniques; experience with SQL and relational databases is a plus.
