As a Customer Support Associate for this busy global organization, you will provide efficient customer service to attendees of a major international convention. The ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience with Salesforce or other databases, customer service and has a keen eye for detail. The successful incumbent has exceptional communication skills and can produce quality work in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Initial point of contact for members, attendees, vendors and sponsors.
• Provide meeting information and assist with a wide range of inquiries.
• Establish strong relationships through prompt and timely responses.
• Track member contact and registration information in proprietary database.
• If needed, ability to travel for the event.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech-savvy. You are familiar with MS Excel and Word and have previous experience with data entry systems like Salesforce.
• Approachable. You enjoy customer service, and you know what it takes to make every interaction successful.
• Flexible. You are happy to provide support however needed, and are comfortable taking on additional tasks to ensure a smooth member experience at every touchpoint.
• Experienced. You have previous experience in customer service and office administration.
