Are you a talented Tax Manager with a passion for the Real Estate and Construction industries? If you have recent experience in public accounting, hold an active CPA license, and are looking for a fully remote role, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex tax engagements, including reviewing and preparing tax returns for real estate and construction clients.
- Conduct detailed analyses of complex 1065 forms, 1031 exchanges, special allocations, cost segregation studies, and partnership agreements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on various tax issues, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies.
- Supervise project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Stay current with evolving tax regulations and technology, utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement).

What We're Looking For:

- Active CPA license.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in public accounting, ideally in a paperless environment.
- Proven ability to review complex returns and manage client engagements with a focus on real estate and construction industries.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Adaptability to new technologies and collaborative work approach.
