The Role: Corporate Associate (Capital Markets) San Francisco CA

We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on highprofile capital markets transactions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership or eligibility to waive in.
• Expertise: Knowledge of SEC compliance disclosure regulations governance and stock exchange requirements.
• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively advise clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Client Focus: A passion for working with technology and life sciences companies and an ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
