Overview:
We are looking for a professional part-time concierge to join our amazing team and serve as an ambassador of the hotel by providing special assistance and information about local area attractions to guests and visitors. A successful concierge has a positive attitude and a passion for helping others and making human to human connections.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome and respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operations, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc. according to individual needs
- Distribute printed materials such as brochures of local attractions or other hotel information and keep paper information inventory stocked
- Field guest complaints, conducting through research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results. Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems
- Assist at the Front Desk or At Your Service with answering phones or fielding guest questions and responding to guest needs
- Build relationships with community organizations, businesses and area attractions in order to offer guests a variety of entertainment options
