Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will provide sound financial direction and leadership to our organization, ensuring long-term financial health and growth. This position is based in our Miami office and requires a strong presence on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other executives to develop strategic initiatives and business plans.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities for the organization.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and professional development.
• Present financial reports and findings to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Healthcare background required.
