Job Description

We are seeking a coffee shop General Manager to join our team and lead our newest location in Atlanta. This position is for someone who has a drive and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Cafe General Manager Requirements:

Ability to operate as a solution driven and collaborative leader
Desire to lead, grow and develop a team and maintain a culture of positivity
Strong focus of staff cohesion and servant leadership mentality
Monitor and Maintain Health, Safety and Sanitation Protocols

Cafe General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of GM experience in a restaurant or cafe setting
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Humble, driven, passionate
Desire to learn and grow themselves, the team and the business
Ability to motivate a team
