Your Role:

Identify Needs: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products, including life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance policies.
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers and within the community to generate additional leads and referrals.
Compliance: Maintain all required licensing and adhere to agency and carrier compliance standards.
What We're Looking For:

Licensing: You should be able to apply for and hold a resident Life, Accidental, and Hospitalization Insurance License in Georgia, or have a resident license in Florida, Ohio, or South Carolina, along with a non-residential license for Georgia.
Coachability: A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Self-Reliance: Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Business-Centric Attitude: Dedicated to building a better future for yourself and your clients.
Experience: No prior insurance sales experience is needed. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and provide comprehensive training.
Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively to achieve goals.
