We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team and ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of our service technicians. Job Description: As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating service work with service writers, dispatching work to technicians, and ensuring a seamless experience with our customers. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly will be a key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize service requests from service writers. Ensuring timely and accurate scheduling
• Dispatching work to technicians at service bays based on priority and availability
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with service writers on service status, technicians on priorities or availability, porters to locate vehicles and load bays, and any delays or issues that occur.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate urgent or high priority requests.
• Maintain accurate records in DMS.
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatching, automotive service, or customer service is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
