We're looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain Planning to join our innovative team and ensure critical supplies reach patients in clinical trials.

In this role, you'll:

Be a key player in developing a robust clinical supply planning model, ensuring timely availability of supplies for groundbreaking gene editing therapies.
Lead the charge in forecasting demand, collaborating with clinical teams and external partners.
Oversee packaging and labeling operations, keeping everything running smoothly across internal and external teams.
Continuously improve supply chain processes, identifying and solving challenges to optimize efficiency.
You're a perfect fit if you have:

A Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a cGMP or GCP environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience working with manufacturing, project management, and clinical teams is a plus.
Bonus points for:

Experience with cold chain management and cell and gene therapies.
Professional certifications in supply chain planning (CPIM, CSCP).
