Salary Range – 100k – 150k annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Education: CA Bar License
• Interview Process: Group interview process.
• Must Have: Employment/Labor experience (PAGA, FEHA, Single/Class cases, Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, Wage and Hour)
• Good to have: Spanish speaker

Experience:

• minimum of 3 years of employment and/or class action litigation (excluding any experience in workers' compensation).
• Bilingual (strongly preferred, but not required)

Skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
• Approachable and enthusiastic
• Proficient in software programs such as Filevine, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel, or other similar software programs necessary to perform essential duties of the position

Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
