We are a dynamic Seed-stage startup specializing in AI-enhanced collaboration tools, seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in AI.

With $1.5M in pre-seed funding secured and a $5M Seed round on the horizon, we're set for significant growth. Our mission is to transform cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration using AI-driven insights and automation, all within a sleek, minimalist digital workspace.

About the Role

As our CTO, you will be at the forefront of our AI strategy, driving the technological vision to ensure our collaboration tools leverage cutting-edge AI to meet and exceed market needs. This pivotal role will guide our product and engineering efforts, seamlessly integrating AI functionalities to empower users with smart content generation, document enrichment, and advanced business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI Strategy: Develop and spearhead our AI and technology strategy to align with our mission and market demands.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to create an AI-centric technical roadmap.
Grow Our Engineering Team: Lead and expand the engineering team, focusing on AI talent and fostering innovation and excellence in development practices.
Innovate and Integrate: Champion the integration and testing of AI within our software applications, with an emphasis on scalability and user-centric innovation.
Promote Best Practices: Advocate for best practices in AI, software development, and engineering, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

10+ years in tech leadership, with deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development.
Proven success in leading engineering teams focused on AI-driven product development.
Proficient in modern tech stacks, with experience in AI technologies and frameworks.
Background in startups or large tech companies, with a passion for building disruptive, AI-first products.
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovative approach to technology solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
