Are you passionate about 3D design? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity meets production? We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Production Artist to join our team!

Job Purpose: Produce and assemble products that “turn emotions into memories” for Crystal D customers, as measured by meeting or exceeding Crystal-D’s current subsurface standards.

Essential Functions

• Prepare production-ready artwork, adjusting customer-supplied files using 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Vitro RIP software to meet established specifications.

• Create high-quality, laser-ready artwork for production processes, ensuring color accuracy and adherence to customer expectations.

• Balance customer needs with production limitations while maintaining high efficiency and quality.

• Follow Sales Work Orders and POPs to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in optimizing workflow by analyzing production schedules and meeting deadlines.

• Safely handle products and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety policies and regulations.

• Maintain accurate production records and milestones for tracking.

• Cross-train to help in other areas and achieve proficiency in key sections.

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to suggest improvements and ensure smooth department operations.

• Use lean concepts, visual management tools, and 5S techniques to improve productivity and workplace organization.

Knowledge, Education, Experience and/or Certifications: 

• Knowledge is normally resulting in a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• desk-top publishing and graphic design
• 3D modeling and 3D printing

Skills & Abilities:

• Understands and can-do basic math and measurement
• Learns tasks and gain expertise to a level that meets production standards
• Able to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Ability to read English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write in English in simple correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
