Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Stream offers a ten-week brokerage-focused summer program that places students within the landlord and tenant representation teams. Summer Analysts interact and work alongside not only the full-time Analysts, but also the leasing and tenant representation brokers while being immersed in our firm’s unique culture. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attain knowledge in understanding the full spectrum of responsibilities and day-to-day tasks involved with project leasing and tenant representation
• Provide analytical and marketing support to the team
• Strive to become an expert on market / submarket
• Assist with market surveys, land and amenity maps, competitive sets, lease abstracts, and prospect reports
• Participate in property tours and stacking plans for properties
• Coordinate tour packets and sales pitch materials
• Assist with special projects as needed throughout duration of internship
• Conduct a research project and present final product to the team
• Network with real estate professionals

Qualifications

• Obtaining an undergraduate degree; preferably a rising junior or senior
• Interest in the commercial real estate industry
• Previous internship experience a plus
• Involvement on campus
• Basic knowledge or understanding of finance
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Proficient with MS Excel
